Announcing Outreach Teams

Last night was a blast!
We are 3 weeks into the Discipleship Training School (DTS) and we have already spilt into our outreach teams. Cool eh? Last night we had so much fun. My team leader and I decorated the class room like the forest and had a great time announcing the students coming with us. We gave each student a coconut and a big spear for our outreach adventure!

Sooooo....... I am leading a team of 7 students with a Khmer girl called, Sumneang. We will be going to Preah Vihear province in the North of Cambodia (on the border of Thailand and Laos). It's a great team. there are 9 of us... only one other foreigner, a Dutch girl. So this means my Khmer language skills are in drastic need of some improvement. PLEASE PRAY.

On Sunday we will leave for a short 1 week outreach to Siam Reap (home of Angkor Wat). We are going to work with some YWAM friends and a church we have contact with. It'll be lots of fun to see the dynamics of our team working together. So come on! Pray for us.
